Challenge: Our client's industrial loft in Toronto's vibrant Danforth district offered impressive architectural features but lacked a cohesive furniture plan that would maximize the open concept space. They desired a masculine, midcentury modern aesthetic that would feel personal while promoting interaction between different functional areas of the loft.
Solution: We developed a strategic furniture layout that honors the industrial character of the space while introducing warm midcentury modern elements. The plan carefully balances open flow with defined zones, creating natural transitions between living, dining, and work areas.
